TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BENEVOLENT SCHEME
¨ Membership to the scheme shall be to all Sacco members
¨ One MUST fill and submit the benevolent form giving complete details of all the beneficiaries
¨ A new member qualifies to benefit from the scheme after contributing for at least 2 months continuously
In case of claim
¨ Member must fill in a claim form.
¨ Provide a Burial Permit or Funeral gathering permit
¨ For those above 18 – copy of deceased ID.
¨ For children – Birth certificates copy.
