Loan Requirements

As a member, you have the opportunity of accessing a variety of our exciting loans at affordable, attractive interest rates with flexible repayment periods to meet all your needs

• All loans are pegged on three times normal shares
• Attach 3 copies of latest certified payslips of the last three consecutive months)
• Loans to be fully guaranteed

Guarantor

Any loan applied for in excess of a member’s shares and deposits must be guaranteed. Guarantee can be in the form of shares from other Finnlemm members or collaterals like title deeds.
