Summary of professional experience
Titus has over 20 years’ experience in the microfinance sector. His areas of expertise include but are not limited to Business development and PAR management, relationship management, risk management, team leadership in diverse cultures, ability to initiate and finish projects successfully. He has undergone training on Strategic response to risk in the microfinance market. Building and implementing balanced scorecard and Change Management with Faulu Kenya.
He has worked as a Managing Director with MFInance, based in Zambia, General Manager – Operations, Madison Finance, Deputy CEO with Jitegemea Credit Scheme. Other places he has worked include K-rep Bank (Sidian Bank), Faulu Kenya (Faulu Microfinance Bank Ltd). He has a Bachelor of Science from Moi University, MBA – Strategic Management from Methodist University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Mt. Kenya University
